NOSSA honey
Bees collect nectar from flowers and use them as their carbohydrate source. Because of the high water content in nectar, it can spoil easily if stored for a long period of time. To preserve it, bees then dehydrate the nectar collected during several field trips, drop by drop, and make the most delicious sweetner that we call 'honey'! During the spring and summer months, honey bees collect as much nectar as they can and stock up on it until there's no space left. Thankfully, bees always store more honey than they need, and we can collect (and enjoy) the surplus.
Our honey is made by our bees, living in Strathcona County, AB. It's raw and light in colour.
